Dear Ms. [Member Name Removed], We sincerely apologize that you had an unsatisfactory experience with our company. Your experience was not representative of how our company operates. We are not trying to make excuses. However, the moment we realized when speaking with you the error in the "fine print" on the Big Deal page, we contacted Angie's List. "Re-grouting" should not have been an option, as you indicated as well, removing and re-grouting generally requires more than 3 hours. Since that was erroneously on the page, we requested that Angie's List issue you a refund. However, they responded that they would not issue the refund since we did go "work" at your home. We have issued you a full refund of the Big Deal amount directly. We also apologize that our technician arrived unprepared. We would be happy to remedy this (in addition to the refund we have already issued) by offering you the additional 2.5 hours at no charge.
