My husband has been working with Dan; not sure what completion date has been specified. This is of an urgent nature for Carol and I know Doug wants to work with Dan. In other words, if passing inspections comes within a reasonable period of time, I would be satisfied, as long as Dan can respond daily to the work that needs done. If all could be finished in November, then I would be satisfied, even though we will be moving in the winter months, at least there is a timeline.
If you know of good worker to:
repair and place front door
we are trying to get co. to repair porch roof and flooring
we are trying to get individual to place hand rails
we are trying to get electric fixtures placed.
need final inspections in electric, HVAC, and plumbing
