WILLIAMS LAWN CARE

They maintained our lawn during the summer of 2008. I hired the father, but the work was farmed-out to the son. The quality of the work was poor. The grass was cut uneven and often too short where it burned in the summer sun. There was always an excuse why he couldn't show-up to cut the grass as scheduled. I spent too much of my time on the phone trying to get them to do their job. They were replaced for the 2009 season.

I was really impressed with their work. They were knowledgeable and knew what to do for each job. They were reliable, punctual and did a fantastic job. They were responsive to my phone call and I am going to use them again.

Doug is very reliable. He shows up every week, year after year and does a great job.

He shows up like clockwork, every week as promised. He is very honest. He does very good work and cleans up the yard very well.

This is a father and son business - so family run. They are very organized. They responded to us quickly and we are very pleased with their service. They are very polite and are flexible on the pay plans. They come out when the lawn needs to be cut for me. I wanted the flexibility of not getting it cut when it does not need it. He was willing to customize my agreement to this.

We were very pleased. Mr. Williams came out the same day that I called to give an estimate, was always very professional, came when he said he would even though there was a lot of bad weather that week, and did a very thorough job. Also, there was no injury to any of our plants that were coming up or anything. We plan to use Williams Lawn Care again. We had initially called two other companies that we had also found on Angie's List - one never called back, the other stopped by unannounced to give an estimate and then took more than a week to give us the estimate.

They were reliable and reasonably priced.

Mr. Williams answered my call on his cell and said that he could come out later that afternoon. His service proved to be very reliable, competent, and courteous. We were trying to get our home ready to sell and his prompt service helped make the property more attractive. I would recommend this company and would use it again.

It took longer than I expected for them to come for an estimate. They had other work in my neighborhood and combined the estimate with the other work. They did the work for me on the following day.

Doug is excellent about coming out as often as needed to mow; we never have to call him. We've met with him to discuss other lawn needs and he's very knowledgeable and thorough in answering our questions. When we lived in our old house, we had to constantly call that lawn care service because half the time they never showed up. With Doug, we never have had to call, he is very responsible about showing up. Our yard looks wonderful.

I contacted this company and the owners son was the one that came out and removed the rock for me.

DOUG COMES BI-WEEKLY WITHOUT ANY PROBLEMS. HE PROVIDES THE KIND OF SERVICE THAT YOU JUST DON'T HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT ONCE YOU HIRE HIM.

EXTREMELY SATISFIED WITH BOTH THEIR WORK AND THEIR PRICE. WHEN THEY SEE THAT THE GRASS NEEDS TO BE CUT, THEY JUST COME AND DO IT. THEY CORRECTED A BILLING ERROR IMMEDIATELY. THEY DO A FINE MOWING, TRIMMING, AND CLEANING JOB.

HE DOES A GOOD JOB, HE IS ALWAYS PUNCTUAL AND I DON'T HAVE TO WORRY WEATHER OR NOT HE WILL SHOW UP.
