Everything turned out very well, and he did an excellent job. The gentleman was very personable, offered helpful information on how to address the stalking issue, and really had my daughter's safety at heart. Ultimately, he helped us through a very harrowing experience, and we'd highly recommend his services.

The first time we contacted Mr. Wells via phone, he suggested that we meet and discuss the situation with him in person. During this meeting, he also suggested that we use email to correspond. Over the course of the investigations, there was as least one time when we called and Mr. Wells was not able to return the phone call in the stated 4-hour time frame. However, given the nature of this type of work, we could understand why a phone call may not be returned. Mr. Wells always responded to our emails.

As for our experience, we were extremely pleased with the timeliness and quality of the information we received. Mr. Wells was always very polite and professional when discussing our situation. We will certainly call Mr. Wells again if we need his expertise in the future.

It didn't go

Things went well. Rob was easy to reach when I had questions. Any time I wanted I could easily check my email to see where the car was that I wanted followed. The GPS made everything easy. Fortunately nothing was amiss, I found no evidence of wrong doing, and I am relieved and happy. If you are fearful that your spouse is being unfaithful, this is the easiest and quickest way to find out. Thanks Rob.

We talked to several PI's before deciding to go with Rob, and felt like he was the most fair and competent. Most of the other ones we talked to quoted us prices that were much higher, and also didn't really sound like they knew what they were talking about.
Rob was very upfront about costs, and about what he could and couldn't do.
He checked in with us regularly to let us know what progress was being made, and did his best to obtain all the additional information we asked for.
He has been very professorial, courteous and reliable.
We are still using him currently as we need some additional evidence for our situation, but I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of a Private Investigator. He's done a great job.

Mr Wells stayed in contact with me at regular intervals during the entire surveilance time. Subject was followed from work to a rather seedy neighborhood, then to dinner, back to the neighborhood where he waited in his van before entering the building after about 45 minutes. After entering, he remained there thru 10:30 PM when the surveillance was discontinued by my request. It was relayed to me that the investigator was concerned about the safety of the area due to fights and drug sales in progress and frequent police patroling of the area.
The information I received was a bit different than I had expected, but showed some involvement and travel in areas where this person had no proper reason to frequent. I do not regret using this service and may need to call upon them again in the future.

I found myself in the middle of a "tenant from h***" situation where I was getting different stories from different people depending on which way the wind was blowing. I received quality information that helped me make informed decisions on how to proceed. Wells went the extra mile on the background checks to make my case, should this end up in court, bulletproof. All of my questions were addressed in a timely fashion via phone and email, even on the weekends. The situation is still not fully resolved, so should I need any additional PI services, I will not hesitate to contract with Wells again. Overall, very professional, efficient, and effective.

I had never used an investigative service before, but Rob was very up-front and helpful. He returned my initial call within 1 hour and contacted me several times during the 2 week service period to make sure I was getting all the information I needed.
In the beginning, I was not even sure how to get the information that I felt would be helpful. Rob explained what could be done and the costs associated with each service. When we decided on the GPS tracker, he installed it that night and texted me that it had been installed and then sent me (by email) the posting so I could track the car.
At the end of the 2 week service period, Rob contacted me to see if I needed any more information and encouraged me to call him if there was anything else he could do to help me.
Rob was straight-forward, sympathetic and very professional. I would not hesitate to hire him again for additional services.
