They were prompt with scheduling pickup and delivery. Very personable and a pleasure to interact. They found a few items and did their best to advise on my options. The price was reasonable and fair.

They were able to get the Snow Thrower fixed and returned within one day. That were able to pick up the Snow Thrower a day after I call and returned it fixed the next day before the big snow. They were responsive and able to fix it at a reasonable cost.

Owner went out of his way to help. Service was inexpensive and perfomed in a quality manner.

It was very easy to make the arrangements for pick up and delivery. They came at the agreed upon time. I have now used them three times to service the mower and each time I have been satisfied with the service provided and the interactions with the staff. I have never felt like they tried to do anything other than what was required. There has never been pressure to do anything other than what was needed. I will continue to use their company and recommend them to others.

They are very helpful and I will use them again in the future.

I've dealt with the company for about the last 10 years. I've bought two mowers. I had one, then went to a larger one. They've performed service on the equipment when needed. I've found them extremely reliable and professional; a very good company. I still plan on dealing with them.

Both Mr. Smith and Tony were great to work with. They were both very helpful and genuinely friendly, they cared for my specific concerns. They were prompt in fixing the mower and at a price slightly below the estimate. I appreciated working with both of them and I plan to do business with them in the future and I recommend you do the same!

They told me they would fix it. They did not, though. After I got it back, it broke within minutes. The clutch fell off of it. When I called them about it, they said "too bad, it's your problem now". Tony was very rude to me. I want to warn people about them and not to use them.
