We bought the door and contracted its installation through Lowes. When we found the scratches in the glass, Lowes put us in contact directly with Seal-Rite. This took a few days, but when the representative Chuck Roberts came out, he was extremely helpful and friendly. He identified the scratches as having been made by a blade, likely during unpacking. I told him of the problems we had with painting the supposedly paint-ready vinyl frame, and he said that Lowes did not know it, but the frame needed to be primed before painting. He recommended a Sherwin Williams primer. I asked that the frame be replace as well (free) since we had been improperly advised on its painting. No problem. Scheduling the delivery of the glass and frame has been a bit difficult since they cover such a large territory, but Alan Hopkins has been accommodating.
Description of Work: Seal-Rite replaced the glass and vinyl frame of our new full-view glass panel front door after we discovered scratches on the glass.
