We have used this company for multiple home purchases over the years. They are the most efficient, professional and ethical mortgage company we have ever encountered. I would never use any other mortgage company and have referred many other people to them whom have had the same experience.

The whole process seemed unprofessional and unorganized. They constantly called about releasing our information to begin the process. Residential sent us a folder, 60 pages long, wanting me to release my personnel information even though we had yet to decide if we would refinance. I made it clear to him that I did not want to release my info yet. A few weeks later we decided to do the paperwork, after we were told that Residential would take care of the appraisal. I called their secretary and she told me that we would have to pay for the appraisal because they do not have a office in Indianapolis. Nothing this company said or did ever matched up with the paperwork they sent us. There seemed to by no rhyme or reason to anything they do.

Had to pay for own appraisal that was not up to standard. Pull credit report eight times. When questioned about problems could not get straight answer. After going to new lender company would not release FHA paperwork.

THEY KNEW WE WERE FIRST TIME HOME BUYERS AND THEY DID NOTHING TO MAKE US FEEL MORE COMFORTABLE. WE WENT WITH THEM ON A RECOMMENDATION AND WE REGRET IT.
