Sam was so helpful. He responded to my call on a Saturday and was able to stop by and take a look at the problem. He came back a few days later with his crew to fix the water main. They did it quickly, neatly and for a very reasonable price (compared to what people on NextDoor said they were being charged).

I can't recommend Remnant Utilities, LLC more highly. They definitely went above and beyond to make sure my water service was restored and they left my property in better condition than it was when they got here. When there was a hiccup with the City of Columbus service, Remnant worked hard to get the City out as soon as possible to correct the situation. Remnant is professional and knowledgeable. I would definitely hire them again.
