Owner/manager gave explanation of services that would be performed, materials, etc., which included burning/torching of moss and grass, prep, and sealing with two coats of commercial grade (meant for commercial parking lots) sealer. Best I could tell once I could walk on it, they did not torch off all of the moss in the one area and missed some small areas in the middle. I had grass growing in some of the cracks, and the grass was back in those areas within a month. They also offered to repair the concrete collar. Best I can tell, they used two different types of concrete mix, leaving a patchwork pattern when it dried, even if one layer was filler then a top layer, I would not have expected at patchy look to it when completed. Multiple followup re the driveway sealing, multiple promises to follow up with another coat have gone unanswered (meaning he answered and promised but did not deliver). Nice guys, but they need to do what they promise, exactly as they promise.
