Took a while to get appointment scheduled, and revisit scheduled, didn't have water hose to clean OD condenser on truck, 1st visit did not fix issue and was difficult to get return visit to complete. Ended up getting another Repair Person and fixed problem in about 10 minutes.

Rex and his son arrived in the morning and worked through the day. They explained the mechanisms, the use, and the maintenance of the humidifier. It was a more complicated install because of the placement of the pellet furnace in relation to the heat pump furnace and the ductwork involved.
