MY LAWN

I am happy with the outcome of the lawn. It looks much better. 
I am not happy with the lack of callbacks, poor communication and bad language I experienced with this company.   How can a business operate without email or a number to text?  Very frustrating.
My recommendation is that if you can handle the lack of responsiveness, they do a respectable job restoring your lawn.

Mike is the owner and he was really personable and he comes out and tell you exactly what you need. They are very good and very thorough. I'd just say it's good all the way around. The crew is good and he is really good.

They are timely, do a good job, are responsible and reasonably priced.

They do a good job and also does a clean up. I like that I don’t have to ever bug them to come out and do something because they will do what needs to be done. A year ago when we had a hurricane and half of a tree had toppled over. They saw it one day when they were driving by and they took care of it and I did not have to worry about cutting it up. Their prices are on the higher side, but the work they do is good.

I have to give Mike and his crew a lot credit. After the big wind storm, they came out the very next day to mow my lawn (Monday is my usual day for them). The lawn was a mess. I have four huge, old hickory trees in my front lawn. Branches and leaves were everywhere, but they were a minor problem compared to the hickory nuts. For those who haven't seen them, hickory nuts straight from the tree are much bigger than golf balls and heavy. You would NOT want to get hit by these things. They smashed one of my neighbor's windshields into pieces. I figured My Lawn would see the mess from the storm and tell me that they could not mow my lawn until it got cleaned up. To my surprise and delight, they all got out of the truck and started picking up the nuts and branches one by one. They easily picked up over two HUNDRED pounds of hickory nuts. My Lawn was NOT obligated or contracted to do this work, they took it upon themselves. They also mow my next door neighbor's lawn, he is an elderly gentleman, and they picked up his huge barbecue grill that had been blow down during the storm and put it back in place. These guys are a class act. They are courteous, on time, professional, and they do a great job on your lawn. This is the third company I have hired to do my lawn and the other two did not come close to providing the service and professionalism that My Lawn delivers.
