They were very prompt, and complete. The wait time is minimal. I was in and out in twenty minutes. Oh the waiting room is nice. They got. They have TV. I can't think of anything they need to work on.

I liked that they were knowledgeable. It was just a good experience. It took maybe three hours, which included taking the truck out and driving it too.

They do good. Sometimes I don't even have to make a appointment and can just drop in. I will continue to use them.

I will buy from then again in the future.

Went back two times. First to replace the new rotators because they were warped, second time to replace pads and remove a socket that was left in the wheel causing a ton of racket when driving down any road that wasn't absolutely smooth.

It was very close in relation to where we live. The appointments were very easy to make. We can do it online and make our appointments, so we don't have to actually talk to anybody. The appointments were pretty much always kept. For a basic oil change, it was no longer than an hour. Once we are waiting there, they have a TV and Internet. So we are not really just left to not do anything. I haven't had any problems with them. The price was standard dealer price. I think that it maybe a little high end, but it's a dealer.

Dodge GandLiberty was very prompt, polite, and explained the recall work they had done. They were also very courteous about giving me an estimate on some other work that needed to be done later. I wish every business could be ad efficient and and caring about caring about what their customer wants.
It was a refreshing change from our experience at Bob Caldwell Dodge on Morse Road. (Our first experience with any Dodge dealer) We waited over one half hour to make an appointment while 6 or 7 employees talked and laughed. They saw us but no one came over to see what we wanted or even to tell us someone would be with us soon. Someone finally made an appointment for us; however, we subsequently cancelled it because of our earlier treatment.;

They are very nice and helpful and I'm pleased with the work done.

We took both of our vehicles in for oil changes. we bought the 2010 cruiser from liberty (a wonderful experience in itself, Don was the best salesperson I have ever dealt with). the oil change for the cruise was very quick. unfortunately the oil change for the 2006 mini-van turned up an oil leak. Tim explained what the problem was and how long it would take. Luckily he had all the parts he would need so we didn't have to wait. We took the cruiser home and left the van with them. We picked up the van today. running good as new and the repairs were covered under my warranty, bonus! All the guys in the shop treated us with respect and courtesy. My only complaint is the van was done a couple hours later then promised, but we spoke with Tim and he let us know what was up. we understand crap happens and appreciate knowing it wasn't because of additional issues. overall a very happy experience, both cars will be going back to Liberty any time they need service.

There service is outstanding and they came in on estimate and on time. They also offered to loan me a car and they returned my car cleaner then when I dropped it off.

Good, car was fixed when promised and washed and ready to go when I got there.

Excellent from start to finish. They did not have the car I wanted and did a dealer trade and had the car ready to go the next day.
