The tech was very nice. He had to reschedule because of bad weather, so he came back the following Friday. When he came back on Friday the weather was still pretty bad, but he did it anyway. He did get both of my windows fixed for me that day, even when it was still very windy and dangerous for him to work he completed all of my work. He kept me very informed on what he was doing and what I needed to do for upkeep. Not only did he do a great job with fixing my windows that was supposed to be done, he went over and beyond the call of duty and helped me retrieve my daughters trampoline that flew across the yard. I was very impressed with their service.
