Description of Work: This company run by Jeff Davis gave us a good estimate for replacing our roof, gutters, shutters, and painting the exterior of the house. We hired them based on what we we told by our neighbors who had their roof replaced by them. They were hired in October 2010. They installed the roof and painted most of the exterior. They asked and received several checks to buy supplies and were paid for the shutters and seamless guttering and paint. They received payment in full but never completed the work. Jeff Davis claimed to have broken his leg and his partner was supposed to follow up with the work. We tried to contact Jeff Davis continuously to get either our money or the work completed. As of now, he is not answering any calls at his cell phone number of 614 339-7122. We only receive hsi voicemail. We have no guttering, no shutters, and the painting is incomplete. The last time we had actual voice contact with him in mid March, he assured us that he would finish. Since then, he has not answered any calls.
