Frank was very easy to work with.  He was organized & the job went mostly as planned and within budget.  My bathroom looks terrific; my friends are jealous. I still have some water issues in the basement due to gutter problems, and 3 months later Frank is sticking with me trying to figure out the cause and solve it.  I had a minor issue with the tub drainage, and Frank was very helpful in getting the subcontractor to fix it without extra cost.
My one suggestion would be to ask if Frank's plumbing contractor is bidding at the low end of the materials range.  I specifically asked that the estimate include mid-range pricing on materials, but in talking with the plumber found that he had ignored that and bid only the cheapest, low-end faucets etc. in his pricing for Frank.

Once I decided to have the job they were willing to start on the WEEKEND usually unheard of. I was told it would take 4 weeks & it took exactly that even with a few hold backs due to MY color choices. All the contractors arrived on time & everyone was very professional & friendly. Some of them even let my dog out during the day while I was at work. All workers could answer any questions I had. When they were finished they did a great job cleaning up. I absolutely love my new kitchen & bath!!!!

A project that should have taken a month has taken over 3 months. I have finally ended my contract with him to finish it with someone else. The subs didn't show when scheduled.
