Good experience with Crown from start to finish. They replaced all the windows in my condo, as well as the patio door lights. Others in my building have used them with positive experiences, so I decided to go with them, as well. The installation guys were wonderful. They worked through lunch and never took a break. They cleaned up after themselves. Would recommend.

As the technician was installing the window, he said that the wrong window size had been sent, so he started attempting to adjust the size with a saw. He did the sawing on the bed in the bedroom, getting sawdust everywhere, and running the risk of damaging the brand new mattress. He left halfway through the installation saying he had to get his daughter. Since the window was finally installed, I have had to cover it with plastic. We really need to have a whole new window installer come and redo it.

I DID QUITE A LOT OF PRICING PRIOR TO HIRING CROWN. THEIR PRICES WERE ABOUT 1/2 OF ALL OTHER QUOTES, AND I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THE RESULTS!
