Auto Body Work
Coughlin Collison did a beautiful job repairing my Lincoln MKC that required bodywork due to an accident. The whole process was seamless from the time I pulled in for a quote until the time I pulled out with my car back and looking like new! Excellent customer service -- Manager Duane Grohoske reviewed the repairs needed and kept me apprised of the status between insurance and work being done. He went the extra mile to ensure I had a good customer experience and wanted to be sure the work was done to my satisfaction. So rare to find good customer service so I was really pleased. Based on the overall experience, I will definitely use them again should the need arise.
