The pool is nice. Unfortunately the company destroyed our driveway and sprinkler system in the process, costing $18,000 in incremental costs. Unfortunately, there was no rationalizing with Jim Turner to make it right. We are considering our options. I would like to recommend this company, but unfortunately cannot given their low integrity response to our request to resolve damages.

They were able to come out quickly and the technician that performed the work was very nice. Ultimately, they came to the house a total of three times to identify the problem and correct it. When I received the bill I was billed for all three visits. I felt that the first two visits were mostly wasted effort. I called the company and explained the situation, they called back within a couple of days and informed me they were crediting two of the service calls. While it would have been great for it to be fixed on the first visit they have been extremely responsive and fair and the final repair was good.

VERY NICE, DID A GREAT JOB. I'M A NEW POOL OWNER AND WAS STRUGGLING. ONLY COMPLAINT WAS TRYING TO GET SOMEONE TO CALL YOU TO SCHEDULE THE VISIT. THEY CALLED ONE MORNING WHEN THEY WERE ON THEIR WAY
