Artium Electric

Robert Markus from Artium Electric had quoted the Chandelier installation along with several other items. He had asked that we uncurl the chandelier strings so that he can install them quicker. When the chandelier arrived, the strings were already attached and curled in each individual envelope. I mentioned that to Robert and he agreed to install it and then uncurl all the strings. Robert removed the old chandelier and installed the new fixture with all the strings attached. All he had to do was uncurl each string from its individual envelope and attach crystal balls to it. He uncurled one or two strings and decided he didn't want to do the job anymore. In spite of my offer to pay for any additional time he would need beyond his estimate, he decided to walk away from the job and leave me in a difficult position. He offered to take down the fixture but it was in no condition to be returned. Robert is the most unprofessional, rude and incompetent contractor that I have ever worked with. He has absolutely no regard for his customers and the mess he gets them into.
