Our house flooded on the second and first floors of our new home and we needed some emergency service. We contacted Aqueduct Pluming And Air and was greeted kindly which surprised us since it was after hours. They were out very promptly and made sure every detail was covered including making us feel safe and what we needed to do moving forward. I would highly recommend Aqueduct Plumbing and Air. If you need an expert and don't want to take a chance on getting an unprofessional company then look no further. We will continue to use them for our plumbing services......Very, very happy with our experience!

They called ahead and arrived right on time (2 hour window). Two guys came out and I was impressed by how neat, polite, and professional they presented themselves. They sized up the issue right away, provided an accurate estimate and reasonable price, and at the end took the time to explain everything they had done to me. I will definitely use them again.

THE PLUMBER WAS ON TIME AND POLITE, BUT NOT VERY EDUCATED ON REPAIRING HOT WATER HEATERS. PRICE MORE THAN TWICE THE AMOUNT PAID JUST 5 YEARS AGO FOR THE SAME WORK.

TONY, TECHNICIAN, WAS ON-TIME, COURTEOUS AND EFFICIENT. THE SERVICE WAS PROVIDED AS PART OF A NEW HOME WARRANTY, THE RESPONSIVENESS WAS QUICK AND TIMELY. HE ASKED IF THERE WERE ANY OTHER PROBLEMS AND CHECKED THE TWO OTHER TOILETS AND REPAIRED ONE AS A PREVENTATIVE MEASURE.
