Overall I was not very pleased. Several pieces of information were missed on not readily accessible. There were some major things that were not accessed or we were not told about some problems.

He was good about following up, was professional and prompt. I would recommend him. He did a great job, is very knowledgeable and someone I would recommend. He even accommodated my hours by coming out at night. He is very caring.

I am entering this report not because of the quality of the inspection. I cannot address that, since I was not their client. I am entering this report because this inspector did not leave my home as he should have. Specifically, he tracked a significant amount of debris from the attic (bits of insulation, dirt, etc.) into the closet in which the attic entry is located. He made no apparent attempt to clean up this mess. He also took several boxes out of the same closet to gain access to the attic and did not replace them. Worst of all, he left my gas oven on when he left the house, and it stayed on until we got home, approximately 10 hours later.
