+ -1 moreOverall I was not very pleased. Several pieces of information were missed on not readily accessible. There were some major things that were not accessed or we were not told about some problems.

+ -1 moreHe took the time to explain everything to me as he was going through the house, and even allowed my 9yr old to play with the level while he wasn't using it. He also took the time to explain to me how to go about fixing the problems that were found. I would absolutely both recommend him and use his services again.
Description of Work: Howard was excellent! He was right on time and insisted on having me accompany him on the inspection. The price included both a home and termite inspection.

+ -1 moreHe was good about following up, was professional and prompt. I would recommend him. He did a great job, is very knowledgeable and someone I would recommend. He even accommodated my hours by coming out at night. He is very caring.

+ -1 moreI am entering this report not because of the quality of the inspection. I cannot address that, since I was not their client. I am entering this report because this inspector did not leave my home as he should have. Specifically, he tracked a significant amount of debris from the attic (bits of insulation, dirt, etc.) into the closet in which the attic entry is located. He made no apparent attempt to clean up this mess. He also took several boxes out of the same closet to gain access to the attic and did not replace them. Worst of all, he left my gas oven on when he left the house, and it stayed on until we got home, approximately 10 hours later.
Description of Work: This company inspected the house I was selling, so I was not their client, my buyer was.
