Two charges that may apply over our basic prices our travel/fuel charge and dig fee, but not always, job to job it varies.

Jason arrived a few hours later, very concerned to help us. By the time he got there, the rain had stopped and we were just dealing with the damage. He looked at where the water should have drained to and fed a camera down that drain. After about 15 minutes, he was able to show us a picture of where the drainpipe had separated and clogged. Without this technology, I'm not sure we ever would have realized the problem. The pipe and clog were in the middle of our backyard, approximately 100yards from the starting point. He advised us as to what to do, billed us, and gave us a discount since he couldn't come right away.
The second time I contacted Jason was when we had some moisture in the basement. He was so honest and trustworthy from the first time, that even though I knew he might not be able to do the work, he would be able to advise us. He came out, investigated the problem and advised as to what to do and who to call.
We will definitely keep Jason on and quot;speed dialand quot; for any future water, septic, drain problems:)
