Ace Septic Tank Cleaning SVC

Colt’s crew and the office staff at Ace Septic receive my highest rating. We have used Ace historically for septic tank pumping. When I called for a blocked septic line Ace scheduled repairs promptly. The repair team showed up exactly on schedule for both the evaluation and repair. The repair team was impressive in experience and specialized equipment to do the repairs. Ace prepared a fair cost estimate and worked with me throughout the process to find reasonable solutions. The lawn looks better after the repair than it did before Ace started; they were careful to restore back to raked level and ready for grass re-seeding. I will continue to use this friendly and efficient company.

Ace Septic in Obetz came out (James) He had great communication and let me know exactly when he would be here. He was professional and work hard. I was completely satisfied with his work and pricing. I would absolutely use them again.

I consequently called the health department and they assured me that they make no such requirement and INDEED do not recommend enzymes be used in septic systems. When I called the staff, the gal who answered was very indignant and said she Would have someone call me. i heard nothing back. When i called this morning, she rudely stated that i would not be given a refund because i had used the enzymes. i told her i did not use them.We had to drive to Groveport to get our money. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES....THEY HAVE SEVERAL BAD REVIEWS.

My septic system was pumped and treated. I was told to leave the aerator off for 2 weeks to allow the tank to fill. After 2 weeks i turned the system on and the house became filled with a foul odor. I turned the system off and tried the next day, same results. I never  had a problem prior to this with our septic. I called and first of all the receptionist was very rude. I explained my problem and was told someone would call me back. No one called and I had to call again, same rude receptionist. I got to talk to one of the  other drivers and he tried every which way to ignore my problem and get me off tract on my explanation of the problem. I was told finally that my device person would call, he didn't and I had to call again. The person that performed my work tried to blow off my concerns and tried not to listen to what I had to say. Supposedly they are finally going to come out tomorrow, we"ll see. This company is very unprofessional and rude and I doubt if they know what they are doing.

I am a longtime customer of Ace Septic (at least 10 years). With an aging (almost sixty years) septic system, we were having issues with blockage due to what we suspected were tree roots in the system. Colt, knowing our system very well after these many years, recommended we begin with just uncovering the tank and checking all the connections for any signs of failure.  Upon exploration, we discovered not only tree roots, but crushed pipes throughout the field due to age and settling.   These roots and collapsed pipes had prevented the waste from accessing  more than two thirds of our septic field, thus putting a strain on the small portion of leech field that was available. The inaccessable portion of leech bed had been blocked off for so long that it looked like new gravel! This turned out to be dirty and labor intensive. However, Colt and his team managed to replace all of the crushed pipes, unclogged the small area that was being used and restored use of our entire leech bed! The whole job took two days to complete, and they cleaned up after themselves. We have not had any problems at all since this job and we could not be more satisfied.
I am 100% confident that we will not experience these issues again.
Every time I have called on Ace Septic, they have treated me like their most important customer and have responded quickly to any emergency. About three years ago while I was away on vacation, my neighbor called to tell me we had a problem (this time tree roots ahead of the tank , up in the foundation that the plumber needed to clear out) and with one call Ace was at my house, and even worked with our plumbers when to coordinate the job (emptying the tank and staying until the plumber finished clearing out all of the pipes in the house) efficiently. You don't get better service than this from any home improvement/repair company.
 Ace Septic is a reliable and trusted company for our family. I have used other companies in the past, but recommend only Ace Septic to friends and neighbors.

Everything went great. We called and they said they could come out the next day Joe showed up right on time was very friendly and got the job done.

We had originally scheduled with a different contractor who cancelled because their driver was sick. We called Ace and they were able to come within an hour from our call.
Joe was friendly and very helpful. We cleaned our septic tank and after about 15 minutes asked us to flush our toilets in order to completely empty our septic tank.
We would definitely use them again.

It was a very good service and we were very pleased. They were on time and the job was completed in a prompt manor. They were professional and answered all questions.

This the most unproffesinal company I have ever delt with. On 3/19/13
they came out and clean my sepect tank and cleaned the line. On 3/21/13 I
was backet up again. It took 3 days for anyone to call me back. On
3/25/13 they came back out and went to work. They cleaned the line again
and wanted to charge again. I asked why. They said they cleaned the
line. I said you cleaned it already. They said we ONLY CLEANED HALF the
first time. I told him what he could do with the bill that states a free
estimate before any work would begain. And I wan not told I would be
charged for the second trip. The driver started to sream and yell and
curse. They didn't even check to see if the work they just did worked.
An hour went by and my wife found out it didn't work so she called and
they yelled and cursed at her then hung up on her. This the worset
company ever.

The service was half done as they never came back to empty the RV which was half of the job. On top of all of that they never called back and hung up on me five times when trying to discuss. Very unprofessional and frustrating from a consumer who should have rights.

They returned my call quickly, scheduled with in 24 hours, came when they said they would. The tech did a good job and was very informative and courteous.

Ace was here in a timely matter. They were equipped to solve our problem that day. Very courteous and kept us informed throughout the process. Highly recommend Ace Septic- call them first!

They did a great job of taking care of us. I will call them again.
