+ -1 moreTHEY DID NOT SHOW AND WHEN SHE CONFIRMED ANOTHER APPT., SHE FOUND OUT THEY DIDN'T EVEN HAVE THE LENGTH CAPABILITIES TO SNAKE HER SEWER. THEY COULD HAVE TOLD HER THAT WHEN SHE MADE THE APPT.
Description of Work: CALLED FOR ESTIMATE. MEMBER HAD STANDING SEWER IN BASEMENT.
