Dustin responded immediately to my service request. He phoned me to tell me he was on his way to my house and arrived at the scheduled time. He was quick, polite and professional. He showed me what he planned to repair, then showed me that my current exhaust was too close to the chimney and the pipe did not rise above the roof line as is required by code. He moved the pipe and added an extension so it went above the roof. He did not charge me for the labor of moving or extending the pipe, only charging for the extra material. He disposed of the old material. I would definitely recommend 3D Radon Design.
Description of Work: Replaced motor of existing radon system, moved and extended exhaust pipe to comply with code.
