They were able to come out right away. The leak ended up being caused by both a clog and a hole in the pipe. They repaired both quickly.

We had a ruptured water line underneath our paver patio. Mulbarger was quick to come out for an estimate and performed the service the day after we gave the go-ahead. Some of the other quotes we received called for busting up our driveway and tearing up our patio. These guys were able to excavate in the side yard saving our patio and driveway. All friendly and professional employees and WAY less $$ than the other quotes I received which also would have required me to fix our driveway and replace the patio stones. They were done in two hours. I can't recommend these guys enough.

I had water dripping through the ceiling, and the ceiling drywall was sagging. Jerry and Zane removed enough of the drywall to discover a leak at a 90 degree bend in a cold water pipe. They replaced the pipe bend with a 90 degree brass fitting, and then checked the house water meter to confirm that I had no remaining leaks. They offered to show me how to make that check, and I accepted.

The job turned out amazing. He was here, he did it professionally and showed how to do it with his assistant. Everything is working very well!

It went well. The yard was pretty scarred up, but they did warn us in advance that it would happen.
Overall - we were very pleased with the service and are using them again on another job.

They are quick to respond and perform the work in a timely, neat and professional manner. They are very knowledgeable and I was very pleased with their work. (The date/amount I quoted above was for the last service they performed in my home, which was subsequently sold. I no longer live in the area, but would not hesitate to use them again should I return to the area.)

Mulbarger Enterprises used to be Mulbarger Twins. I have lived in Gahanna over 31 years and Mulbarger has always replaced my sumps for me. My west lot line is drainage for surrounding lots and my sump runs more often than any of my neighbors' pumps and, therefore, croak faster than others in the neighborhood. Mulbarger has always been prompt, professional, and reasonable in price and I trust them. Especially after my experience earlier this year -- I would not have known any better if someone had said my pump needed replaced when it didn't.

I did buy the disposal from Lowes because it was less expensive than from Mulbarger (for the same unit) but they had NO problem with me buying the unit from a store and having them install it.

I've used them for years. Their prices have gotten so high though, so I am looking for a new plumber. They've always reported quickly to my calls.

I have used them for many years. I call them and they come right away. The workmen put on booties on their shoes so they will not dirty up the carpet. When they leave you never would have known they were here because they clean up so well. They also offer a senior citizen discount.

When I called to make an appointment the person in the office was very helpful and friendly. The plumber did an excellent job! Very professional.

THE PEOPLE WHO ANSWERED THE PHONE WERE VERY POLITE AND SET THE APPT UP FOR THE SAME MORNING. I RECEIVED A CALL ALMOST AN HOUR BEFORE THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO BE THERE THAT THEY HAD A CANCELLATION AND WOULD LIKE TO COME RIGHT AWAY (IT HELPS THAT WE LIVE 1/4 MILE FROM THEIR OFFICE). THE WORK WAS COMPLETED IN UNDER AN HOUR FOR THEIR FLAT RATE FOR THIS TYPE OF FIX. IF ONLY EVERY CONTRACTOR WERE THIS EFFICIENT.

PLUMBER ARRIVED ON TIME AS PROMISED. HE DID AN EXCELLENT JOB OF FIXING ALL OF THE PROBLEMS. THE COST OF THE REPAIRS WAS VERY REASONABLE. I WOULD DEFINITELY USE THE COMPANY AGAIN IN THE FUTURE.

MULBARGER FIT ME IN AND CAME OUT THE SAME DAY I CALLED THEM BECAUSE BOTH MY TOILETS WERE PLUGGED UP. JERRY ARRIVED AND GOT RIGHT TO WORK. HE OBVIOUSLY KNEW WHAT HE WAS DOING, AND HE WORKED STEADILY. HE FINISHED THE JOB IN MUCH LESS TIME THAN I HAD EXPECTED. HE CLEANED UP EVERYTHING BEFORE LEAVING. I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH JERRY'S WORK, AS WELL AS WITH MULBARGER'S WILLINGNESS TO FIT ME INTO THEIR SCHEDULE. MULBARGER HAS DONE WORK FOR ME SEVERAL TIMES, BOTH IN THIS HOUSE AND IN MY PREVIOUS HOUSE. IN ALL INSTANCES, I HAVE BEEN EXTREMELY PLEASED WITH THEM. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!

HERE WAS AN OPPORTUNITY TO SELL THE CONSUMER MUCH MORE THAN WAS NEEDED. INSTEAD, I PAID THE MINIMUM AND ALL MY HOT WATER PROBLEMS WERE RESOLVED. I HAVE THEIR STICKER ON THE HOT WATER HEATER AND IN MY FILES. IF I HAVE ANY MORE PLUMBING PROBLEMS, THESE FOLKS WILL GET THE JOB.

WE'VE USED THEM A NUMBER OF TIMES OVER THE YEARS. WE CAN'T SAY ENOUGH GOOD ABOUT THEIR QUALITY.

THEY WERE PROMPT, RESPONSIVE. I HAD CALLED AN ANGIE`S LIST CONTRACTOR BUT THEY DIDN`T SERVICE MY AREA AND THEY REFERRED ME TO MULBARGER.

CALLED-AHEAD AS PROMISED, ARRIVED ON TIME, WORKED EFFICIENTLY AND PROFESSIONALLY, AND CLEANED-UP AFTER DONE! I WOULD USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.
