After being badly burned by a professional roofing company, we were left with a roof that was leaking pretty terribly in our home, and the looming threat of winter weather approaching. Second To None was quick with their estimate, respectful every time they came out to the house, and more than accommodating any time we had to call. I required an advance notice so I could take off of work for the roof to be done, and they assured they would make that happen. They gave me ample time to be able to request off work, and were incredibly respectful. The crew came to the house, they were also kind and respectful, they worked hard and fast, and did an amazing job. Their clean up was wonderful and they were an absolute pleasure to have around. Roofing is HARD work, and you wouldâ ve never known. The guys had sunny dispositions: whistling and laughing and joking with each other while they worked. The price is more than reasonable, and our new roof has gone through serious rain and snow storms and has held up beautifully. I will ONLY be using this company when I require home improvements, and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Just had a small part of the roof to be fixed from a leak. They came over to look at it and gave a very good price. The job was finished when they came back in about 2 hours. Quick and thorough.

I spent 2 hours calling roofing contractors who could do a roof repair versus install a whole roof which was not needed. This company was one of the few that answered the phone, could get an estimate done in a couple of days and also do the work within the short time frame I needed. I would highly recommend this company for their customer service.

Sent enough men to complete the entire job in 2 10hr days. Completed total roof tear off (had 3 layers) replaced the wood that was damaged and lay the new roof. They cleaned up their mess as well. I was quite pleased with their work and will recommend them to others. They even repaired the damage done by raccoons and removed a nest that was found. The weather was nice as well, not too hot or humid and no rain so they could work without any problems.

The person that came out to give us a quote was actually able to fix the roof for us.

I think $792. is expensive for gutter covers on a small tri-level home but maybe that is the going rate. The work was just done 24 hours ago but so far the job is a 5-star plus! Thank you for your guidance.

The quote process was smooth and easy. The price was good. There was a bit of a disconnect as we tried to get the job scheduled, but the crew that showed up and did the work was quick, efficient, tidy, and on time! They cleaned up great and left a beautiful roof.

This company did a great job on my new roof and chimney. They didn't try to sell me things that were not needed. They came when they said they would come. The roof required only a minor repair that he was able to fix during the initial estimate visit and did not try to sell me on anything else. Very professional, honest and upfront. That's hard to come by these days. Highly recommend.

Second to None is the only firm that (1) Replied and call me back the same day. The Repair work was schedule for 12 Noon and they showed up on time and complete all requested problems with the leak on my roof. They will return later this week and provide and estimate for me to review, as I requested. The employee was extremely efficient, polite and so far this company has actually exceeded my expectations.
