DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH AL GONZALES, CEO OF ROGUE INC. & DIRECTTV SALES OR YOU WILL BE COMPLETELY DISSATISFIED. He is the epitome of the old classic view of a “used car salesman”. He made many unfulfilled promises to obtain a DirectTV sale. Once my sale went through, he would not return the many calls and texts to inquire about the items that were promised by him. When asking for intervention with the BBB, he lied in his response to the Complaint. One specific response was he stated all my calls were returned; however, my phone log supplied to the BBB proves, not one phone call or text was returned. To this date, I still have not received what was promised by him.
