 + -1 moreAfter the initial session, she no-showed, took several days to return messages, and then only by text, not phone. We rescheduled, she canceled the day of the new appointment. When Jessica finally came for the second cleaning, she did not dust the ceiling fan blades or tops of picture frames, left cobwebs and dust bunnies, and did not empty the waste baskets. After that, she no-showed again, rescheduled via text for the following day, and then no-showed again. I couldn’t even get Jessica to return my call to tell her that her services are no longer required.
Description of Work: We hired Jessica Rowan to clean our home biweekly. The job involved vacuuming in two rooms, washing the hardwood floors, cleaning one small full bath and a powder room, a kitchen, dining room, three small bedrooms and two small sunrooms. Cleaning was to include dusting, sweeping, and emptying trash cans.
