After the initial session, she no-showed, took several days to return messages, and then only by text, not phone. We rescheduled, she canceled the day of the new appointment. When Jessica finally came for the second cleaning, she did not dust the ceiling fan blades or tops of picture frames, left cobwebs and dust bunnies, and did not empty the waste baskets. After that, she no-showed again, rescheduled via text for the following day, and then no-showed again. I couldn’t even get Jessica to return my call to tell her that her services are no longer required.
