Everything went smoothly! The gentlemen that worked on the car had to do some problem solving to determine the source of the problem but once he did that he was then able to fix the problem quickly. Highly recommend!

I ran over an open manhole cover and my car steering was cockeyed and shaking. I stopped at the first service that I saw knowing that my son and daughter-in-law had used them in the past and it was late in the day. They told me what had happened, I thought I just hit a deep pot hole. The service tech (one of the brothers) put it up on the rack and then showed me what had happened--I had broken a ball joint and had a gash in my tire. They told me not to drive the car since it was dangerous and why. He gave me an estimate and explained what he had to do to fix it. He drove me home since I had made no plans for a ride. The next morning, he called and said that he was having trouble finding a tire that was the same as the ones I had and would possibly need 2 to balance the car but he had 1 other place calling him back. 1/2 hour later, he called and said they had the 1 tire he needed and they were going to deliver the next day but he would complete the work, put my spare on temporarily and I could bring it back at my convenience so as not to be without a car for another day. When I came to pick it up late the next day, the delivery truck was pulling in the drive just as I was starting to pull out. He flagged me down and said that if I had time to wait, he would change the tire right then so I didn't have to come back. He completed the work quickly and I was done. They were very accommodating, professional and helpful especially since I was not a regular customer with them. I would recommend them highly.
