Jeff is not only experienced and very professional, but he is a very nice person to hire. He returns phone calls promptly, analyzed my lock problems and gave me an excellent explanation and proposed treatment. He is need and clean, and I felt very confident having him on my job. All my deadbolts were fixed, properly readjusted and he even checked my entrance keys for wear. I would not hesitate to hire Jeff and Lock Wizard again! Dr. Jim

Jeff answered my request very promptly. Knew the problem and had the right tools to open the lock. I am sorry it took so long to write but was out of town for a while. I would strongly recommend him to family and friends! Plan to keep his business card for future use and referencing. He is truly an asset to have. Congratulations Jeff of a super job!
