We had our roof replaced, as well as new gutters and new soffit, in June 2020 by LG Home Improvement Inc. Before this experience, I thought a roof was just a roof. The owner, George, was very knowledgeable, prompt and helpful from start to finish. Our roof was in terrible shape. We had a complete 2 layer tear off and many more boards than expected had to be replaced. My husband and I had planned to replace our roof using the same color that had been on it. However, with George’s expertise, we went with a multi-colored roof that has beautifully enhanced the appearance of our home. George and his crew worked tirelessly to complete this renovation project in a very reasonable amount of time and at a very, very good price. Our experience was wonderful and made very easy by George and his crew. We are extremely happy with the service we received from LG Home Improvement Inc., and we recommend this company highly.

The replacement roof project went extremely well. This company was very easy to work with. Besides the quality of work done, probably their strongest asset was their communication skills. Every call we made was promptly returned. We were always informed what was happening and when. This was an insurance claim and George worked with our insurance company through every step of the claim. Both George's and Gina's dedication to to providing a smooth and complete experience was much appreciated. George was present everyday of the project, which gave us much confidence that the job was being done correctly. George's work ethic is admirable. We would recommend them to anyone contemplating a new roof.

Exceptionally well! The quote was thorough, competetive and very fair. Recommendations were provided that worked out very well. The work was done exactly as promised (and when it was promised) and the clean-up work left virtually no residual debris, nails, etc. We are extremely happy with the quality of the work and the outcome!

My first contact with LG Home Improvement was speaking with Gina for scheduling the work. She was such a pleasure to speak with and she worked very well accommodating my schedule with getting an estimate. I was planning to get 2-3 estimates on my job, but after meeting George Giriti (owner). He quickly assessed my issue, make his recommendations and was so personable that I decided to forget getting more bids because I consider myself a great judge of character and I wanted him to do the job. LG Home Improvement has replaced the roof of my home after there was damage caused by a hail storm. Mr. Giriti understood how to work with the insurance company covering the cost of the roof replacement and was excellent in communicating with me and providing necessary documentation needed for the insurance company. All work was timely and completed in a very professional manner. Mr. Giriti and his workers completed the roof replacement at a reasonable price and there have been no problems since the roof was completed. Some of my neighbors who also had roof damage from the same hail storm were unable to get their insurance companies to pay for the needed roof replacements they needed. I am very glad I had Mr. Giriti to substantiate the need for my roof replacement. I found Mr. Giriti to be trustworthy and a gentleman. More recently, I asked Mr. Giriti to replace a roof on a rental house I own. His guidance was invaluable and helped me make decisions regarding gutter replacement and other roof issues. Mr. Giriti's workers were able to replace the gutters, do a complete tear-off and put a new roof on at a reasonable and fair price. The work was done in a timely and professional manner. Workers were careful not to damage any shrubs or plantings. All was cleaned up around the house after the job was completed. LG Home Improvement is an excellent company with skilled and knowledgeable workers guided by Mr. Giriti.
