Great work by Pete. He is the owner and no-subcontracting. He gave us the estimate by photos we sent. After we decided to use Ideal Roofing on Saturday, he came out next Monday. Thanks to Pete. We contacted another company who has 300 A review. They need a week to give the estimate. they subcontract the job, you lose the confidence.

A tree branch fell and destroyed the skylight on our patio roof. Dylan answered my phone call immediately. Based on the pictures I texted him, he gave a detailed rundown of the cost of materials and labor on the phone. He found a replacement skylight that day. Within 24 hours from the time I called, his two man crew removed the old skylight and replaced it. They also needed to install new flashing and shingles around the replacement skylight. His team was very professional and worked tirelessly into the evening. They finished around 7:30 PM. He charged me a completely reasonable amount and did not take advantage of the fact the repair was an emergency (rain in the forecast!). I will call him first when it comes time to replace the old roof on my house.

The contractor came as promised. He did all the work in one day and cleaned up everything. He also did some additional work on a gutter on my house and again, a good price and good work.

Pete did a very nice job and finished in a timely manner. Highly recommended!

We got about four estimates. Ideal roofing was about $1800 lower than the highest bid. Very professional team; hard-working; clean. They knocked out the job in about nine hours. They didn't make me wait several weeks to get to me. Also, if you look at these reviews, you'll see that the owner of the company prides himself on his reputation. Any bad reviews on Angie's list resulted in a rebuttal by the owner.

The price was very competitive. He was able to schedule my installation shortly after I signed his contract. He and his crew came out and completed the entire job in one day. Everything looks great and I would definitely use him again the future.

Peter showed up promptly the next day after the initial phone call. He quoted a fair price. Him and his crew arrived the day and time promised. They did a fantastic job and even went the extra mile and replaced a rotten piece of trim. Installed all new drip edge and everything. Left absolutely no mess.

This was the best experience I have ever had with a provider. Pete at Ideal Roofing Service was great to work with. I called on Wednesday 8/13 around noon time and he said he would be over that evening for an estimate. He was right on time, evaluated my 28 year old leaking roof and gave me a great price. At first, he said he had openings the following week but mad a few calls and got my roof scheduled for the next day. The next day, Pete and his 5 man crew were right on time and were very professional. They moved things out of the way. removed the old roof, cut in the ridge vent and covered the old roof vents, installed the new roof, and cleaned up all by early afternoon. They also fixed some missing shingles on my storage shed. The roof looks great! Fantastic!!! I will highly recommend Ideal Roofing Service to anyone I know who needs a roof.

I called and texted him my address.  He said he'd show up in a couple hours and did as promised.

Ideal provided the lowest price of the three quotes I received. They tore off 2 existing layers of roofing, replaced some

damaged wood and put on a new roof. There was quite a mess but when they left, the area was immaculate! They refused to charge me for cleaning the gutters because there were no leaves or debris in them. I found them to be honest, hard working, polite and professional. They pointed out a deterioration of the flashing around the chimney, explained the damage it could do and gave me a quote before they left. Yes, I would hire them again---infact, they will be back in a few weeks to replace the flashing!
