She was prompt, offered her time as needed and had lot's of good ideas.  She is competitive, but most important very knowledgeable and personable.  She's the person you want to have helping you find a home or sell your current home!  She is very experienced and knows the areas throughout Cleveland and Akron, Mentor to the east, down to Richfield and Medina to the South and out to North Olmsted and Westlake to the West.  She has a family so is also very aware of school districts and how they rate and which schools offer the best services for children with handicaps as well.

Eileen is currently working with my elderly mother to sell her home. My mom is widowed and is having trouble letting go of the home even though it is too much for her to take care of. Eileen has provided my mom with a variety of resources to assist in helping her get organized and prepare the home for sale. Eileen has made a very stressful time much easier and management for my mother. My mother is moving very slowly through this process, but Eileen has been patient and supportive throughout. I always recommend Eileen to anyone and everyone who is looking for a realtor. She is an expert in the profession and has proven to be honest and trustworthy in every experience we have had with her.

Eileen is the absolute best Real Estate agent I have ever met.  She is totally customer focus.  You can call her anytime and she will immediately respond.  Eileen represented me both as a buyer and a seller.  She always put my best interest first.  She is willing to show you homes at anytime and any place based on YOUR schedule.  As a seller's agent, she made sure the showings were scheduled in advance so my family would have plenty of time to prepare.  Believe me when I tell you that I interviewed several brokers when I was ready to purchase my first house.  It was clear Eileen was the best.  I have referred Eileen to several close friends and all of the say the same thing.  Eileen is the best.  I encourage you to set up an appointment to see for yourself.
