Baz Heating & Air Conditioning

Woke up to 59 degrees and the furnace not working on a brutally cold day. Called Baz and explained the symptoms. They arrived earlier then estimated, within 1 1/2 hours, that was awesome considering how busy they were. 20 minutes later it was fixed and running. We have used Baz for all our heating and cooling needs and have never been disappointed.

Explained to Dan our air conditioning wasn't working and explained my health issues. He came out to the house promptly to see what he could do. The old system was 30 years old and knew it had to be replaced. Dan came in on July 1 2014 started work on July 2 and had air conditioning working by that evening. He and his crew finished up the work in 2 days.

We replaced the furnace and air conditioning. New duct work was installed.

Dan and his crew are great and I'm more then happy to let everyone on Angies List share our experience.

Dan came out within 30 minutes of our call, at 11:00 P.M., in the middle of a heat wave. He was very professional and helpful. He did not have the motor in stock but, as promised, called me the next morning to let me know that he had ordered the part and it would be in the next day. He promptly called the next morning, set up a visit, called to say that he was running 10 minutes late, came and quickly completed the repair for the amount quoted.

They were very professional, they were prompt in terms of meeting the appointment. And the price was very reasonable. I had 2 other companies at my home and they could not figure out the problem.

The company rep was on time, friendly and pleasant, properly trained to do the work. All questions and concerns about the heating system were knowledgeably answered to our satisfaction.
