+ 0 moreAndy arrived about 9:20 am on Aug 29, 2018. He replaced both bathroom sink basins and faucets, and the under sink shut off valves on one of them. Replaced a part in the runny toilet. Did very professional work, and did a very thorough clean up afterwards. Entire work was done by a few minutes after 1:00 pm. Cost was $352.15 for materials, $260.00 for labor, and $15 for overhead. Total $627.15. Could have been lower, but I chose good quality basins and Moen faucets. Andy will be returning another day to trim some overgrown shrubs, check/clean my roof gutters, and clean and paint my front porch railing and front garage door trim. Excellent top quality handyman.
