When I called the office I explained that I had an air conditioner that was working but not cooling. I also stated I did not know if it could be repaired or would need replaced. They said they would send a guy out to take a look at it. The receptionist never mentioned that there would be a $65 charge regardless. The guy called about an hour before scheduled time to inform me he would be about an hour and fifteen minutes late. The other company we went with gave an estimate over $1000 less.

Excellent! He arrived in time, replace the garbage disposal and was on his way.

Vendor provided the least expensive solution, but using off brand product. Vendor provided assessment same day as contacted, but we were concerned with his past rankings and ratings on other sites. They may very well provide good service, we do not know.....Owner of unit hired another firm to replace system.

He did a great job. Plus he found out what was wrong with my fireplace. He also gave me advide on how to fix the other fireplace. He went way beyond the service call! I was very happy with this company and I will use them again!

All parties were on time, friendly, worked hard, cleaned up, and then gave me a bill. I paid the, and they left. Only bad was that we waited about a week for the consult appointment, and then another 10 days until they could come fix it.

Basinger representative/workers were personable, thoughtful, and professional. They put covers on their shoes when entering our home. They cleaned/swept all work site areas.

It was good service. A little on the pricey side but they did a good job. It improved the water pressure and it's still maintained at that. He was thorough, detailed and had all the parts right there in his truck. He was right here when he said.

They actually came under a home warranty.  They didn’t end up doing anything because the home warranty didn’t approve them. But they were very nice.  For the problem that they said existed, another company came out for the second opinion, and they fixed it while they were here. So what they said was broken wasn’t actually the problem. I didn’t pay them either way.

I recommend them.  I liked them very much.  We love the guy from Basinger.  He was awesome.  One person came out and he was very personable and efficient. 

There's multiple quotes because it was for different furnaces and air conditioners. I think they did a good job of getting back with people. For the most part, I guess that wasn't too bad. I would say that on the bad side, I kind of felt they didn't do due diligence on inspecting everything the way that we thought it should have been inspected, having other companies out there and what they look into. Price wise, I think they're definitely competitively priced with what we're finding. They'll work with you on the price so that was a good thing too. Maybe we will use them again. They're good enough to be used.

The young man came on time and replaced my deep well pump, all the while it was snowing and the wind was raging outside. He never complained about the weather despite the fact that the wind chill was near zero. He completed the job in 2 hours, so I was not without water for very long. I highly recommend this company.

Called the company for an estimate and when they arrived they were on time and very professional. they diagnosed the problem and repaired it in a little under 2 hours. Also fixed a leaking pipe that broke while they were feeling around at no cost. I would hire them again if needed.

When we bought our home the seller provided a home warranty service and we have maintained that service for a couple of years. We recently had several plumbing issues including leaking faucets, a leaking toilet valve, and leaking shutoff valves for several faucets. The home warranty company sent Basinger Plumbing to deal with these problems. We have had a number of different plumbers since we have owned the house, but Basinger is the best of those so far. They diagnosed the source of our issues, identified the appropriate solutions, and did the work effectively. They replaced two sets of shutoff valves with easier to use quarter turn valves, fixed a leaky toilet, but the most difficult thing they had to do was to replace the leaking faucet for our whirlpool tub. In order to replace this faucet they had to get into a narrow crawlspace and access the valves in a narrow space. They were able to get everything done in a reasonable time and it works and looks great. I can't comment on the pricing for them because we have only paid the warranty company's deductible, but we are happy with the quality of their work.
