Westside Gutter & Chimney

Brian was great.  He was punctual, he was able to explain what needed to be done in clear detail.  He and his partner completed all the work in a very short period of time.  I felt that he was very honest in explaining gutter guard products and the prices were surprisingly reasonable.  Unfortunately, he discovered an underground yellow jacket nest, which got him pretty good, but he came back the next day to finish up after we removed the nest.

They put the chimney in, looks fine. Showed up on time. When summer came, it contracted a bit, and it bowed. Allowed rain to be blown in. Called several time. Called them 3 times and told them the problem, to the lady answering the phone. Mark finally called back. Said they stopped by and I wasn't there. Also said he was busy. Said the chimney looked fine. I had someone else come out and fix it because I couldn't wait anymore. They did good work and did what they were supposed to do, but they wouldn't fix the problem.

They did a very good job.

THEY RETURNED MY CALL THE FIRST DAY AND SCHEDULED THE WORK FOR THE FOLLOWING DAY. THEY WERE PROMPT AND EXPLAINED EACH OF THE TASKS AS THEY WERE PERFORMING THE WORK. THEY WERE VERY PERSONABLE AND I WILL BE USING THEIR SERVICES AGAIN.

Left message on answering machine in the morning. Got a call back within an hour. (Message on the answering machine stated a call would be returned on the same day between 6PM and 8PM.) Came to my home on the same day and provided me with an estimate and a date for installation, weather permitting. Replacement gutters were delivered on the specified date; however the winter weather conditions were poor and installation was delayed. Replacement gutters were installed to my satisfaction when the weather conditions improved. (Had it not been due to winter weather conditions the work would have been completed on the day promised.) Would use them again for gutter and/or chimney work. Rates are very reasonable. Their work is great!

Two gentlemen performed work. They arrived promptly and they were courteous. Gutter repairs were made after they got on roof and noted need for repair. They were simple repairs and I received no extra charge for them, which I appreciated. They did a good job on cleaning the gutters, as well.
