The Time Keeper

Repair went great. Rob came out to the house and was able to diagnose the problem. He provided a written estimate onsite, including a senior citizen discount. Rob took the clock back to his shop and cleaned and repaired it. He called to schedule a convenient time to deliver the clock and placed it exactly where it needed to be. He even includes a 1 year warranty. High Recommend.

Went great. Rob came out, looked at the clocks and was comfortable that they could both be repaired. He quoted me a price that seemed fair. One clock needed a new mechanism, while the other clock was repairable with its current inner workings. Now both clocks run great, and they keep better time than I ever remember. I only have to wind them about once a week. Service was professional and prompt. Rob delivered the working clocks back to me, showed me a thing or two about the inner workings and placed them on my mantle. He also cleaned them and made them look and work like they were brand new. I will definitely call The Time Keeper the next time I need a repair.
