I called for service and was told that someone would call me to set up a time. I never heard back and came home to find them sitting in my driveway. They came in, tried to snake the toilet and discovered roots in the line. They used a bigger snake and couldn't get the line completely clear. He told me I had to bust out my wall and cut the vent pipe and snake it from there. I asked if they could just try from the roof where the vent pipe comes out? (It's a single story home). He said no, they don't do that. So I asked if they could use a camera and he said"oh you don't want to do that. It's too expensive." I was surprised that he thought using their camera would be more expensive than busting out a wall in my house. They gave up and told me not to use the toilet and charged me $335! I complained to the manager in Painesville but he simply told me that my plumbing was done incorrectly. I've lived here for 20 years and have had this toilet drain cleaned out before without problems.im extremely disappointed that they couldn't provide a solution and they just took my money and left. I would never recommend this company! They left a huge mess, didn't even turn the water back on to try flushing the toilet after putting it back. Now the toilet doesn't drain at all. Im left worse off than before I called them!
