THEY WERE VERY ACCOMMODATING. WHILE I WOULD NATURALLY RATHER PAY LESS, THE JOB WAS ABSOLUTELY WORTH THE PRICE. EVEN MY HUSBAND WHO DID NOT THINK WE SHOULD SPEND $165 TO CLEAN THE COUCH AND CHAIR, SAID HE WAS VERY IMPRESSED, AND YES IT WAS WORTH IT. VERY PERSONABLE AND I APPRECIATED THE FOLLOW-UP CALL FROM THE OFFICE SEVERAL DAYS LATER TO ASSURE OUR SATISFACTION. ONLY THEN DID THEY SUBMIT OUR PAYMENT.
