Outstanding job. Arnie and his assistant were punctual, professional and efficient. They communicated extremely well and were committed to resolving the problems to my satisfaction. Arnie followed up a few days later to make sure things were working properly. I couldn't be more pleased or impressed.
Description of Work: Replace phone jack. Clean-up/tidy coaxial cables (some no longer in use as service providers and technologies changed).

Outstanding. He followed up several times to obtain the business, came on time, was friendly and tidy and had a reasonable charge. He did not even increase his fee when it took him longer to repair the telephone jack. Highly recommended.
Description of Work: Moved network interface box up, tested all phone lines, repaired a damaged jack, and installed a connector box.
