KIM HAS DONE THIS FOR YEARS AND IS EXCEPTIONALLY EXPERIENCED IN HVAC. HE IS COURTEOUS & PROFESSIONAL, AND ALWAYS TAKES TIME TO ANSWER MY QUESTIONS. HE IS THE ONLY PERSON I'D EVER HAVE SERVICE FROM OR HAVE TO FIX MY FURNACE OR A/C.
