NAGY SERVICE COMPANY

The plumbers from Nagy tried to charge me more for unnecessary work. I felt like they took advantage of me because I was out of town. It was very pricey. They forgot to reset the pump speed after fixing the radiators. I would never use them again.

The work went fine. They came back quickly and made an adjustment to the work they did.

My husband has dementia and they told him a price when I was in the other room. I had seen the bill after the man left. I called them and talked to them many times to get some of the money taken off. Finally after a week of phone calls they finally took off $100 which was still high to me.

They were professional, neat, on time, did their work when they said they would and nice to work with.

The original visit stopped the leak completely and held for several weeks while I was scheduling the water shut off. The entire problem was resolved efficiently and expertly. There was a little confusion when they tried to call me prior to showing up, and my phone line was dead; fortunately a neighbor loaned me her phone so I could confirm that I needed the emergency service. For the second appointment, they came later than promised and then completed the service in a timely manner. It seemed like a lot of money, but with water in my basement 5 pm on a Friday night, I didn't have time (or motivation) to "comparison shop." At the end of what turned out to be a crazy day, it was nice to know that I could depend on the folks at Nagy to provide quality and professional results.

They said they would arrive between 11 and 1. He showed up at 1:15. He finished the work around 3:30, but the actual time he spent working was only about 30 minutes. He had to leave twice to get parts, so the rest of the time was spent driving back and forth. I thought what they charged for what they did was outrageous. The kitchen pipes are plastic. What could possibly add up to $464?

Extremely professional and helpful. Estimated some additional work. Had to come back because there continued to be a foul odor in the bathroom with the new seal. As it turned out, it was a dead mouse in the overhead vent, and they were kind enough to help me remove it (YECH!!)

THEY SERVICE ALL MY PLUMBING NEEDS AND DO AN EXCELLENT JOB!

JOB WAS VERY WELL DONE, BUT THEIR WEEKEND SURCHARGE SEEMED A BIT EXCESSIVE.

VERY HONEST & FORTH RIGHT. PRICES WERE A LITTLE HIGHER THAN MOST. THEY WERE LATE ARRIVING, BUT DID AN EXCELLENT JOB WHEN THEY GOT HERE.

I HAD TO CALL THEM A SECOND TIME DUE TO A REOCCURRENCE OF THE ORIGINAL PROBLEM AFTER 4 DAYS, AND THEY WERE OUT WITHIN A HALF HOUR AND CORRECTED THE PROBLEM AND GAVE ME ADDTL HELP WITH A COUPLE OTHER MINOR PROBLEMS FOR FREE. ALSO, DUE TO THE CALL BACK SITUATION, THEY GAVE ME A FREE YEAR MAINTENANCE CONTRACT WHICH GIVES ME REDUCED RATES ON ANYTHING THEY DO FOR ME IN THE COMING YEAR.

NAGY SERVICE COMPANY WAS VERY PROMPT, ARRIVING THE NEXT MORNING TO REPLACE OUR HOT WATER TANK PLACING US ON A PRIORITY LIST AHEAD OF OTHER CUSTOMERS DUE TO URGENCY. THE ESTIMATE OVER THE PHONE WAS ACCURATE WHEN THE COMPANY FINISHED.
