+ -1 moreThis was a complex job because we did not know exactly how much water damage was involved. Mark checked with us on all details... rafters were o.k. under the damaged sheeting. We were told to remove some of the interior insulation material that had reduced ventilation. He added soffit vents. With the addition of rubberized roofing, we are hoping to avoid these problems again! Very prompt... 2 1/2 days on the job.
Description of Work: We needed to replace one side of the roofing on our pole barn. Since there was water damage, this involved removing old shingles and re-sheeting the flat part of that side and reinforcing the rafters if necessary. Install rubber roofing and then shingles. Install new facia board and soffit. Clean up and remove old roofing.
