Terry, Kat and Teres from Wickliffe Location Carpet were very helpful in directing us to take a look at the Moduleo vinle flooring (I can't get over how real it looks!)  Some of our neighbors stopedp in to see it and they love it!!  The installers, Tim and Tony were wonderful and Tim even repaired one of my cabinets in the kitchen that has needed fixing for years and I mean YEARS!!!  They not only prepped the slab floors, but installed our new baseboards that we had purchased and stained, no problem.  They installed our new heater vents too!  Ben in Painesville and Teres in Wickliffe did a great job of scheduling.  They even finished off the edges of our remnants for area rugs which we wanted. OH and helped place our new toilet!

They even helped move  some of the furniture back in!  If you have any plans to replace your flooring whether it be vinyl (and I would definitely recommend taking a look at the Moduleo vinyl flooring) or carpet, you've REALLY got to work with LOCATION CARPET.  THEY ARE THE BEST!!!!!!

Location Carpet came to our home, took measurements, and listened to our concerns.  They offered us advice as to what carpet type would work best for and helped with color choice. They were spot on. A rebate was available at the time of our purchase and Location Carpet handled the required paperwork and submission. Carpeting was installed promptly working around our schedule. Installers did an excellent job concealing the seams especially in our large great room. They also cleaned up nicely afterwards. Shortly afterwards, we noticed a slight problem with a sound in one area; the installer came back and took care of the issue promptly and professionally. We choose not to replace the carpeting in 3 bedrooms off the upstairs hallway since the current carpeting was not showing wear there. However the new carpeting we choose had a slightly higher nap than those 3 rooms. I remarked to the installer that I "guess I should have purchased new carpeting for those rooms, too"  He then beveled the edges to blend in the height difference which made the transition much better. I am pretty picky, and I could not believe how that simple fix made such a huge difference. We soon after ordered wood flooring for two smaller rooms which my husband, DYI type, wanted to install.  Location Carpet was helpful with answering his questions and encouraged his self installation. Very friendly family owned business would definitely use again.

They did very well. They were at my home for 6 hours.  After the job was done, they vacuumed. We had paid extra to have them move the furniture back in place. They gave us the warranty and care information. They had to build up an area in between the master bath and master bedroom for levelling.

It went very well. They were very thorough. Brandon, who did the installation, was very orderly and was on time. He explained what he was doing as he was working and cleaned up well. The company followed up with a phone call after it was completed to see how it all went.

I had shopped numerous flooring stores in my area. Rachel at Location Carpet is an extremely knowledgeable and friendly person to work with. Just on her personality I knew they were in the running for the bathroom vinyl and the loft and stairway carpet project.. In the end they were the best to work with and had the best value in terms of product and labor. Their installers were very through and did a great job with both. When I buy flooring again, will go back for sure.
