+ -1 moreI stopped in the small showroom on a Sat. morning and received helpful advice from the sales rep. Scott. I was looking for something different and found a green shade of laminate that we wanted to mix with a lighter wood for a random floor pattern. Scott checked the numbers and determined the shades could be combined. Turns out, once we got it home, the two styles didn't really fit together. When I returned the one unopened box, Scott was happy to take the opened box as a return w/o a restocking fee, and I could drop it off at my convenience. We exchanged it for the wild cherry pattern and now have a beautiful unique floor. They have a very flexible staff. They gave a couple of planks to a customer rather than have him buy a whole box.
Description of Work: I purchased 150 square-foot of laminate flooring and underlayment for self installation. They have a helpful staff for unique requirements.
