My overall experience was quite good. The team was attentive to detail, insistent on high quality, and pleasant to work with. I am very pleased with the (almost) finished product. The job began last fall and stretched out over several months because it could not be completed before winter set in. The remaining work was done promptly after the weather allowed, with one minor exception. One window required some new hardware. Parts were ordered months ago but have not yet been installed, despite attempts on my part to schedule the work. I'm still trying to get this final piece of work done. I would consider using the company for other projects, but the delay and lack of responsiveness concerning this last detail have tempered my enthusiasm.

Extremely easy contractor to work with. They really pay attention to decorative details. When the structural problem was encountered they didn't blink an eye but rather offered a cost effective solution. They are very good at making suggestions. They respect the homeowner by working cleanly and efficiently. Living in a construction zone is stressful and they are very cognizant of that. They kept to a strict schedule and kept the place as clean as possible during construction.
