They were fantastic! Closing on a new home purchase is not the most intuitive undertaking I have ever done. Mary and the team were tremendous walking me through each step of the process. Everything was smooth and on schedule I will certainly use them again in the future.

They are not very good at getting back to you when they say they will. I didn't have a total for my closing costs until a few minutes to 5pm the evening before we signed papers. The appointment was for 8:45 am the next morning. I ended up spending $35 on a wire transfer because I did not have the time to get a cashiers check from the bank. I got no communication on closing day either. I had to email them for confirmation the next day.

"The final amout needed from the buyer to close a transaction is determined by both the buyer's lender and the title agent. With the new release created by the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, it takes time to make the calculation. We contacted [Member Name Removed] with the amount as soon as her lender confirmed the amount needed."

They are the best of the best!!! From the beginning of the transaction all the way through the staff at Enterprise Title Agency is on top of everything! I have had countless transactions with them and they are always professional and so very helpful. Lindsay and Jennifer literally saved a deal for me last week. It was falling apart at the end and they stepped into action and helped to figure a way to make it happen. I look forward to many more successful closings with this amazing company!

Enterprise was a fantastic company to work with. The girls were amaizing and went above and beyond to provide me with the best customer service I've ever had. They were always friendly and professional. The closer worked around my schedule and was able to meet me at my convenience and on my turns. Enterprise is the only title company I would ever recommend.

Very well! Communication was outstanding and everything was done in a timely basis. They went over and above when signing needed to be done sooner then anticipated so we were able to close early and my clients were able to get the keys to their new home early!

They did not charge much and it was included in our home. They came out to our house and the title on our house transferred pretty quickly. They were very close to time, it was probably within two business days of being on time and it was within a month a month of when we closed in on the house. They came to our house on a Saturday morning which we thought was a pretty big deal.
