Showed up on time and performed the work quickly and completely.

They are great.  They are always reliable.  Their prices are reasonable.  They are prompt and they are timely.

We called for an appointment on a Friday, and were promptly put on the schedule for the first visit the following Monday.
The technician from Edgell arrived on time and he completely snaked out the drain line (45') and it looked like the problem had been resolved at that time.
A few days later, the problem surfaced again. We called on a Thursday and the tech arrived promptly for their appointment on Friday.
During this second visit, another snake of the line pulled out some debris that was not discovered the first time. The sink is draining better than it ever has and the problem has been fixed.
We have used Edgell for plumbing services in the past and will continue to do so in the future. They were very responsive to our needs and their techs were very polite (even laid down paper from the door to the kitchen so they didn't track in snow).

I had used this company in the past for minor plumbing repair and was pleased with their work. When I needed a new water heater I naturally thought of them. They responded quickly and installed the equipment. Now 8 months later I discovered they installed the venting improperly. They failed to glue the PVC pipes and when I discovered the problem the pipes had actually come apart and carbon monoxide was venting directly into the main living space of my condo (the heater sits in a utility closet within the condo). I have been sick for months with extreme fatigue, nausea, headaches, eye problems, hearing problems. They came out immediately to glue the pipes on a Sunday. The first thing the guy said was, and quot;Geez, this could have killed someone.and quot; I called the next day to ask for the owner or supervisor to come out that week to verify the water heater had been installed correctly. We ran into problems. I scheduled twice. Twice they did not show up; nor did they call. So, not only did their installation leave me in a life-threatening position, their repeated failure to show up at a mutually agreed time tells me that once they leave your home you are on your own. They clearly do not stand behind their work. I am now faced with initiating legal recourse. Very unfortunate.

I phoned, they called back and I referred them to the tenant where the problem was. They made appointment with tenant, arrived punctually, spent approximately an hour, completed the work to satisfaction, and left. Send invoice shortly after.

Their prices were consistent with other prices that I received. They sent two people, where another company could have done the work with one person. They came back the next day to fix a leak that their work caused. There was no additional charge for the return trip.

Came on time both days. Whole operation went smoothly and efficiently.

Good experience in my interactions with this company. I had them come out again due to another issue, and found them very helpful.

They put in a new Y-piece to the bath-tub and sink. I don’t know what the price was because I was paying them a month fee to take care of any plumbing emergencies that we had inside the house. They came out 2 -3 times and once were to look at what the problem was and also to change the adaptor for my bath-tub. I had to wait for the part because they had specially get and once they got it they were out on Monday and finished the job in 2 or 3 hours. They also put everything back where it was and did a good job. I wish the timing could have been better, but it was not their fault. They did everything they said they were going to do and cleaned up well after themselves and were great.

I needed a new water heater due to gas leaking from old one. I was told they could not come out today and scheduled for afternoon the next day. At 1 PM the next day I was called and told that due to the morning work running over, they would not be able to make the appointment(!). I was told they would try to get to me the following day, but their appointments for that day would take precedence(!) After some debate, they agreed to "guarantee" to come, but not when. The person on the phone was very polite but had no concept whatsoever of commitment. When I called and cancelled, they could care less. AVOID THIS COMPANY.
